• Have customer authorize all work before it is performed
• Notify customer of appointment or work will not be completed as scheduled
• Furnish an itemized invoice
• Only use industry established work procedures and guidelines
• Recommend preventative maintenance
• Provide warrantee information on all both parts and service
• Perform the highest quality of work possible
• Employee and train the most highly skilled technicians available
• Exercise reasonable care for the customers property while on it
• Resolve customer concerns in a fair and equitable manner
