provide hurricane information. It is for extreme emergency situations
only. Be mindful that emergency response vehicles may be unable to
respond to resident calls just before or during a hurricane depending
upon wind and weather conditions. For example, fire rescue units are
generally not able to safety travel after winds reach 40-45 miles per
hour.
