plants indoors.
- Open the drainage ditches to
help remove flood waters.
- Remove all branches that rest
on roofs.

- Set up container plants and
straighten up field-grown plants.
- Remove plants from standing
water.
- Wash salt from foliage.
- Leach (rinse) soil with fresh
water.
- Prune or discard severely
damaged plants.
